The Swarovski FRP (Forehead Rest Pure) was designed exclusively for the NL Pure line of binoculars. It provides a third point of contact on your forehead (the eyepieces being the other two), to greatly improve stability and reduce distracting vibration when you’re hand-holding your optic. Bracing the binocular against your head ensures it is held steady and securely at your eyes, to improve your viewing experience.
When it’s installed on your binocular frame, you can adjust the pad depth forward & back and pad tilt up & down for a custom fit. You can take it off as needed in the field without the hassle of wrenches or screwdrivers.
